Return & Refund Policy

At Craftyla, every piece is carefully handmade in our Los Angeles studio.

Because each item is made by hand, we encourage you to review our Return & Refund Policy before placing your order.

1. Order Processing

All products are handmade to order. Please allow up to 5 business days for production before your order ships. Shipping times vary depending on the carrier and destination. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

2. Returns

Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unused

  • Be in their original condition

  • Be returned in their original packaging

  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase (order number)

3. How to Start a Return

To request a return, please email us with the following information:

  • Your order number

  • Reason for the return

  • Photos of the product (if applicable, especially if the item is damaged or defective)

Once we receive your request, we'll provide return instructions and the return shipping address.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for returns or refunds:

  • Custom-made items

  • Personalized items

  • Sale or clearance items

5. Handmade Product Disclaimer

Every Craftyla piece is individually handcrafted in our Los Angeles studio.

Due to the handmade nature of our products, every piece is unique and may vary slightly from the product photos.

The following characteristics are a natural part of the handmade process and are not considered defects:

  • Small air bubbles or subtle surface marks

  • Slight variations in color and tone

  • Natural variations in marbling, terrazzo patterns, and texture

  • Minor differences in surface details and finish

  • Slight differences in appearance compared to product photos

  • In addition, colors may appear slightly different depending on lighting conditions, photography, and individual monitor or mobile device settings.

  • These natural variations are part of what makes every Craftyla piece unique.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept the natural variations that make each handmade piece one of a kind.

6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the product Photos of the shipping box and packaging

After reviewing your request, we'll gladly offer one of the following at no additional cost:

  • A replacement of the same item (subject to availability)

  • A full refund

Craftyla will cover all shipping costs associated with damaged, defective, or incorrect orders.

7. Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges for change-of-mind purchases.

However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will gladly replace it with the same item, subject to availability.

8. Return Shipping

For returns due to a change of mind, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable. If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, Craftyla will cover all return shipping costs.

9. Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval status.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 business days.

Depending on your bank or credit card provider, additional processing time may be required before the refund appears in your account.

Craftyla reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.

10. Shipping Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate before placing your order.

Craftyla is not responsible for delays, returned packages, or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

11. Shipping Delays

Once an order has been shipped, delivery times are determined by the shipping carrier.

Craftyla is not responsible for shipping delays caused by weather conditions, holidays, carrier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
