Every piece is carefully handcrafted in our Los Angeles studio. Please review our Shipping Policy before placing your order.

1. Order Processing

All products are handmade to order.

Please allow up to 5 business days for production before your order ships.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

2. Shipping

We currently ship within the United States.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and selected shipping method.

We ship using trusted shipping carriers selected based on your location and order.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery times vary depending on the shipping carrier and destination.

Estimated delivery dates are provided as a guideline only and are not guaranteed.

4. Shipping Delays

Once your order has been shipped, delivery is the responsibility of the shipping carrier.

Craftyla is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • Weather conditions

  • Holidays

  • Carrier delays

  • Natural disasters

  • Other circumstances beyond our control

5. Shipping Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate before placing your order.

Craftyla is not responsible for delays, returned packages, or additional shipping charges resulting from

incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.

6. Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been marked as Delivered by the shipping carrier, Craftyla is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier first. We're happy to assist whenever possible.

7. Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged item

  • Photos of the shipping box and packaging

We'll review your request and provide an appropriate resolution as quickly as possible.

8. International Shipping

At this time, Craftyla ships within the United States only.

We hope to offer international shipping in the future.
